"La Muñeca"

A traveling musician finds an audience in El Valle de Anton's Sunday marketplace. El Valle, a pre-Columbian settlement in the rain forest of a green crater has been a favorite among Panamanians and tourist for its lush environment, square trees, golden frogs, petroglyph rock, and beautiful indigenous people. The region is also popular with international retirees. From my family's arrival in Panama in 1970 it became a popular place to escape on the way to the beach on week-ends and holidays. This video recorded on standard 8mm Sony tape 1989.
